Avanxa Media is a DBA of 787 Media Group LLC and provides digital marketing, automation, and software-related services.

Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital marketing services, software setup, and automation work, all payments are non-refundable once services have begun. Time, labor, and technical resources are allocated immediately after onboarding.

If a billing error occurs, please contact us and we will review the request promptly.

Cancellation Policy
Services are billed on a monthly basis unless otherwise stated in writing. Clients may cancel services at any time by providing written notice at least 7 days prior to the next billing date.

Cancellation stops future billing only. Work already completed and current billing cycles are not refundable.
